The aims of the Mindful Family children programmes are:
Life is a succession of lessons which must be live to be understood.
Each session is designed to offer an opportunity for the children to learn through their own personal experience in order to "take it home and let it sink in ". It includes:

a kind of emptiness,
a presence which doesn't seem to have content to it,
like looking up
at a limitless sky.
That boundary-less place
is your own consciousness,
When you relax into it,
you realize that it's also full -
it is everything.
You realize this presence is
what you really are: Love.
