We offer:

 

Two days Mindfulness, Well-Being and Resilience workshop intensives for teachers, counsellors, school administrators and staff.

This programme is non-residential and ideally designed for groups of 12 to 25.

It focusses on introducing participants to a variety of stress-relieving and mindfulness practices, in pairs, small units or the whole group. These techniques are particularly effective in alleviating burn-out challenges and restore a sense of freshness, enthusiasm, community and creativity in the school life.

One of the aims is for these practices to be eventually integrated and brought into the classroom and the school community as a result.

These workshops can be taught anywhere in the world upon invitation.

Mindfulness parent groups 

Education is a holistic process involving the school administrators, teachers, school counsellors and staff but also the parents. As we wish to successfully improve the students attention skills, self-awareness and confidence, overall performance, respectful and kind behaviour, geenral physical, mental and emotional well-being, we need to bring the parent body on board. We need to remember that we are all here to educate these young people in a coherent effort and lead them by example.

Mindfulness tutoring in the classroom for all ages 3-18 yrs-old using the programme of your choice:

  1. A bespoke Mindful Family programme uniquely designed for your particular needs.
  2. Mindful Schools Curriculum which consists of 15 mn sessions twice a week over a period of 8 weeks.
  3. .b Mindfulness in Schools programme which is taught in one-hour periods once a week for 9 weeks.
