Gaia Martinelli-Bunzl

My name is Gaia and I am a Mindfulness Instructor.

Mindfulness for me is about:

  • Living life to the fullest, being able to accept and open up to whatever the present moment offers.
  • Feeling more connected to others and living more compassionately.
  • Noticing and appreciating the small things in life.
  • Being kinder and more patient with myself.
  • Learning to trust life and listen to my inner wisdom more

My passion for children and their well-being and having seen the benefits of Mindfulness in my own personal life led me to train to teach Mindfulness.

My dream is for children to be empowered to be the change makers of tomorrow that create a more compassionate and happier world.

I trained with Mindfulness in Schools to teach their .b programme for Secondary School and paws .b programme for Primary School. I also trained with Mindful Schools to teach their Curriculum for Primary and Secondary School. I have taught Mindfulness both privately and in schools, as well as on retreats.

Previously I worked in Design, Film and the Arts organizing critically acclaimed exhibitions and events internationally.

I enjoy learning languages, traveling and meeting new people in my free time.

If you are curious about our UPCOMING ACTIVITIES AND COURSES,

The first thing you discover is

a kind of emptiness,

a silence,

a presence which doesn't seem to have content to it,

like looking up at a limitless sky.

That boundary-less place

inside you

is your own consciousness,

your awareness.

When you relax into it,

you realize that it's also full -

it is everything.

You realize this presence is

what you really are: Love.

Arjuna Ardagh

For last year's words belong to last year's language
And next year's words await another voice.
And to make an end is to make a beginning.

T.S. Eliot, Little Gidding
